Free Gift promotion Policy

1.

Promotional Availability & Timings.

Free gifts are available only during the specific promotional period stated at the time of offer and while stocks last.

Stuburt is not obliged to provide free gifts for orders placed outside the advertised promotional timeframe, even if similar promotions have run previously.

2.

Eligibility.

Free gifts are available with qualifying purchases from Stuburt only. Free gifts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

3.

Free Gift Quantity.

The number of free gifts available with a promotion will be clearly stated at the time of offer.

Unless otherwise specified, free gifts are limited to one per qualifying order, regardless of the number of items, sizes, colours, or variations purchased.

4.

Conditional Nature of Free Gifts.

All free gifts are provided on the condition that all qualifying paid items are retained. Ordering multiple sizes, fits, or styles for comparison does not entitle customers to additional free gifts beyond those stated in the promotion.

5.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal.

If a customer returns any item from a qualifying order and the remaining items no longer meet the promotional criteria, all associated free gifts must also be returned.

Free gifts must be returned unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

6.

Refund Deductions.

If any free gift is not returned, or is returned in a used, damaged, or unsaleable condition, Stuburt reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the free gift(s) from any refund issued, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

For Klarna, PayPal, and other payment providers, refunds will reflect the adjusted order value after any applicable free gift deduction.

The deducted amount will be the full retail selling price of the free gift(s) at the time of purchase.

7.

Partial Returns & Multiple Size Orders.

For orders placed to try multiple sizes, fits, or variations:

  • Customers are entitled only to the free gift(s) stated in the promotion
  • Any partial return requires all associated free gifts to be returned

Failure to return the free gift(s) will result in a refund deduction.

8.

Abuse of Promotions.

Stuburt reserves the right to refuse refunds, cancel promotions, or restrict future promotional eligibility where a promotion is reasonably believed to be abused.

9.

Legal Rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

10.

Instructions To Claim Free Gift.

Free gifts may be offered from time to time in connection with qualifying purchases and may be displayed within the side cart and/or shopping cart (basket).

Free gifts are not automatically added to orders. To receive a free gift, the customer must manually select and add the free gift product to the shopping cart (basket) prior to completing checkout.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the free gift appears in the shopping cart (basket) before submitting the order. Orders completed without the free gift included in the shopping cart (basket) at the time of checkout will not be eligible to receive the free gift.

Free gifts cannot be added, substituted, or shipped separately after an order has been placed. No exceptions will be made.

All free gifts are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Limit one free gift per order unless otherwise stated.
