Free gift policy

Some orders come with a free gift. This page explains how gifts work and what happens if you send something back.

How free gifts work

A free gift is part of the order it came with. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged or swapped for a different item. Gifts are available while stocks last.

Returning an order with a free gift

If you return the item that qualified you for the gift, please send the gift back too, unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. If you keep the gift, we'll deduct its full retail price from your refund.

For example, if you received a free cap with a polo and return the polo but keep the cap, your refund will be the price of the polo minus the retail price of the cap.

Returning part of an order

If you return some items and what you keep no longer meets the spend needed for the gift, the same applies. Return the gift with your items, or we'll deduct its retail price from your refund.

Faulty gifts

If your free gift arrives faulty or damaged, email info@stuburt.com with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
