Warranty 

The conditions below describe the prerequisites and scope of our warranty.

The warranty does not affect your statutory rights or the obligations of your retailer and your contract with them.

We provide warranty cover for an appliance subject to the following conditions:

We will rectify defects affecting the product which are clearly attributable to material and/or manufacturing faults, provided they are reported immediately after being identified, and within 12 months of the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

No warranty liability will be accepted if cosmetic changes have been made to the item.

Warranty provision will be free of charge and we will decide whether this will take the form of a repair or the replacement of the item. Please note that replaced parts pass into our ownership.

A purchase receipt must be presented in each case showing the date of purchase, the date elicits the start of the warranty period.

Other claims against the warranty in respect of compensation for consequential or associated loss are excluded, except where such liability is legally mandatory.

Customers are not entitled to any further claims or claims other than those specified above under this warranty.

Please note that we reserve the right to void the warranty terms, in the event of physical or verbal abuse towards any member of staff.

At World Wide Golf Brands Ltd we respect your privacy and will never share any of your shared information with any 3rd party companies unless explicitly stated.

We do not store any payment information and payments themselves are made through secure 3rd party gateways Paypal and Sagepay.

Order errors & Mispricing

We reserve the right to cancel any order received as a result of a malfunction on the website and/or where a product has been incorrectly priced.

Any orders placed using voucher codes not approved for use may also be cancelled.
