Refund policy

If you're not happy with something you've bought from us, send it back and we'll refund you in full, including what you paid for delivery.

Returning an item

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, with the tags still attached and in the original packaging.

To return something, use the returns form that came with your order. If you no longer have it, email info@stuburt.com and we'll send you a copy. Please put the completed form inside the parcel. Without it we can't match the return to your order, and your refund will take longer.

You're responsible for getting the parcel back to us, so please keep your proof of postage. We recommend a tracked service such as Royal Mail or DHL, as we can't refund a return that never reaches us.

Your refund

Once your return arrives we'll check it over and email you to confirm it has been accepted. We aim to do this within 5 working days of receiving it.

Your refund covers the full price you paid for the item plus the delivery charge on your original order. It goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. Banks and card providers can take a few extra days to show it in your account.

If you return part of an order, we refund the items you've sent back. The delivery charge is refunded when the whole order comes back.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email info@stuburt.com straight away with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out, and in these cases we'll cover the cost of sending it back to us as well.
