Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. 

To start a return please use the returns form provided with your order or contact info@stuburt.com for a copy.

Please ensure that you include the returns form provided with your order. Please enclose this form with your return to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner.  Not enclosing the returns form can lead to delays with processing your return.

All instructions on how and where to send your package is included on the returns form.

It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the costs of the return, and we strongly recommend retaining proof of postage/postage receipt through a reputable courier (ie. Royal Mail, DHL etc) in case the return is lost in transit on the way back to us.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt, and the refund will be made back to the original payment method used at time of purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
